The woman who is a prostitute, hails from the southern part of the country.
The state has a constitution against sex workers but still she was on her trail and had 500 trapped with the deadly disease.
It was reported that, this woman infected a large numbers of men that patronize her.It was after she engaged in an open fight with a customer accusing her of infecting him with HIV/AIDS, she knew she was no longer safe and decided to run away.
The prostitute disappearance shows that the claims were true, after her disappearance many came looking for her and complaining of having HIV/AIDS.
However, some of the infected personnel's have been placed on antiviral drugs by their physicians and having their condition managed by various health centers.
