PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI SIGNS LAST BILL FOR 2016.

Nigerian's president, Muhammadu Buhari has signed the last bill for 2016 into law, Presidency has announced.
The newly signed bill makes it the 17th bill signed into the law in the year by Mr Buhari.
