A Quranic school teacher in Kurna Babba Layi area of Kano has concluded his plans to marry off his 13-year-old daughter, Bilikisu, to an old man he calls his friend.
In his bid he plans to marry her out, but one of his relatives took her to a radio station to report the situation, where they went out to roll a campaign against him.
