Festus Kayomo, a Lagos state lawyer has issued a petition against the minister of of state for agriculture and rural development, senator Heineken Lokpobiri.
The petition is based on illegal occupation of a federal government facility in Port Harcourt, Rivers state by Lokpobiri.
The petition was written on behalf of Black springs Nigeria Limited, and addressed to the minister of agriculture and rural development, Chief Audu Ogbeh.
According to the petition, following the agreement with the federal ministry of agriculture, Black springs Nigeria Limited was assigned military officers that were posted to the terminal to have been able to curb all illegal monetary activities going on in that area.
The petitioner also described Lokpobiri as an absolutely illegal, unlawful, uncouth, uncivilized, unconstitutional, incomprehensible, and untenable in a sane and civilized society.
The petitioner also went ahead for the defense of Lokpobiri if possible, he also commanded the the General office Commanding (GOC) of 6th division, Nigerian Army, Bori camp, to order his men to leave the premises.
