14-year-old daughter in Lagos was just released after one one detention in her home.The girl referred to as Onyeka John has been chained in a window bar in the room where she lives with her parents,Abaranye,Ikotun,Lagos state.She was chained with her legs,hands,and neck were she was spotted by the landlord.She committed no offense all because she always try to leave home so they said she suffered from mental illness,the next option was to chain her.
