POLICE FOILS PLAN TO BOMB THIRD MAINLAND BRIDGE.

Nigerian police have foiled an attempt to blow up the third Mainland bridge in Lagos by notorious Niger Delta military group operating in with the creeks of Arepo and Ikorodu.
The militant group have been responsible for bank robberies and high profile kidnapping around Lagos and Ogun state recently.
Men of the Nigerian police have foiled an attempt to blow up the third military bridge in Lagos by notorious Niger Delta group operating in with creeks of Arepo and Ikorodu area of Ogun state and Lagos state.
The group explosive expert, was arrested by the operatives of the Inspector General of Police Special Intelligence Response Team (IRT), who trailed him over a river bank at Majidun, Ikorodu, Lagos.
The suspect lead the the IRT operatives to a vehicle parked discreetly within Ikorodu, where a large cache of dynamite and detonators was recovered.
