MAN RAPES WOMAN IN EKITI STATE.

Today at Ado Ekiti Magistrate court,Wednesday was remanded that this man raped a 21 year-old lady.Olakunle Owoeye the 32 year old man who raped the female.Said she was stranded at the late hours of the night.

He threatened her that if he doesn't comply with his advancement made towards her,he would kill her and throw her into the bush and nobody would know her whereabouts.The lady was raped unlawfully,though she refused to comply.The contravened section 358 of the criminal code code,cap c 16 of the constitution law in Ekiti state.The magistrate consequently ordered that the criminal remains in the prison till January 23 for further hearing.
