COURT SEEKING AMAECHI AND ONU ARREST,SACKING.

The federal Government has granted permission to Kingdom Human Right Foundation ,a civil society group to commence its lawsuit seeking the arrest and sacking of the Minister of Transport, Rotimi Anaechi and the Minister of Science and Technology,Ogbonnaya Onu over allegations of corruption.
The plaintiff is requesting that the court grant them an order of mandamus compelling the Department of State Service(DSS) and the EFCC to arrest and persecute the two ministers.The court granted its plantiff its leave on December 1st.
