For the first time in the history of Ghana,a 22 year-old-undergraduate,a law student wins parliamentary seat.
She is currently the youngest parliamentarian in Ghana.Francisca won Kwara East parliamentary seat under the umbrella of the National Patriotic Party(NPP) poling votes of 70,688 against the candidates of the ruling NDC who got 1,503 votes.
